Functional Health Recipes - Healthy Sesame Snaps

I am a big believer in controlling your personal food environment, one way I do this is by having homemade snacks and treats on hand, especially over the holidays when there are so many more unhealthy temptations.

As convenient as it seems to purchase biscuits or a store-bought cake, making snacks from scratch isn’t as time consuming as you would think. You have control over the ingredients you are adding, leaving you with a much healthier treat!

Check out these super quick & easy, refined sugar free, gluten free, healthy version of store bought sesame snaps.

2. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well.

3. Spread mixture on lined baking tray. You can place a second piece of baking paper on top of the mixture and spread with a rolling pin or your fingers until the mixture is about 1/2 cm thick.
